Tricare Jamie bills Tricare as an out of net provider. Tricare is reliable in payout but does not cover 100% of costs for a birth. Family portion is $4500.
Blue Shield PPO covers homebirth care with a CNM at in net rates but may not recognize essential aspects of care. Please plan to make a prepayment of $4500.
Anthem’s payout is highly variable. With Anthem, we can request a single case agreement.
Healthshare Ask your Healthshare what they will need from your midwife.
